Data Center Implementation Specialist to join our Nordic team

Due to sustained high demand for our deployment services across the Nordics, we are expanding our Data center Implementation team at SEC DATACOM.

We are looking for a Datacenter Implementation Specialist to join our Nordic team – preferably based in Stockholm, but with flexibility across Sweden.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of the largest and most experienced Dell Technologies datacenter team in the Nordics, working with modern infrastructure solutions across storage, backup, compute and hybrid platforms.

What you will be doing

•  Design and implement datacenter solutions across private and public sector customers

• Work hands-on with storage and backup solutions (primary focus), as well as broader infrastructure

• Participate in projects across Sweden, the Nordics, and occasionally internationally

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery engagements – from site preparation and rack & stack through configuration, testing and customer handover

• Support and optimize existing customer environments

• Collaborate closely with partners, customers, and internal specialists

• Continuously develop your technical expertise and certifications

You bring experience from datacenter infrastructure and take pride in doing things properly—from design to implementation. At the same time, you are motivated to keep learning and developing your skills in a fast-moving technology landscape.

We expect you to have:

• Hands-on deployment and commissioning experience with datacenter technologies (storage, backup, server, virtualization or similar)

• Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn

• Structured approach and ability to drive implementations forward

• Good communication skills and stakeholder understanding

• Swedish citizenship (required for working with certain public sector customers)

 

It is a plus if you have experience with:

• Backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault, etc.)

• Dell Technologies platforms (PowerStore, PowerEdge, PowerProtect/Data Domain). Other enterprise vendors (HPE, Pure, NetApp, IBM) remain relevant.

• VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft or Linux environments
